Back in 1996, everyone loved Lara Croft: the curves, the can-do spirit, the double-barreled shotgun. But over the years, those polygons have started to show their age, and, well, even virtual vixens can use a little touch-up now and then. Don't fret. The good geeks at Eidos know how to take care of their hot property, and they've spruced up this adventurer—and the adventures, too—with Tomb Raider: Anniversary for PS2. They ditched most of the annoying bad guys from more recent titles and returned to doing things that made Lara Croft such a hit in the first place. Not that they had to bring everything back: Sure, the T.rex is bigger, badder and louder than ever, but it takes forever to defeat. No matter, this is one anniversary present we'll never forget.
